Ashton Wilson holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology and began his career as a personal trainer. His dedication to performance, systems, and human behavior quickly led him into leadership, where he took over management of an entire gym and helped grow monthly revenue from $6,000 to $48,000 in under nine months.

He later transitioned into healthcare as a cardiac physiologist while building a gym marketing agency on nights and weekends.

He began developing conversational AI solutions initially designed for gyms to improve lead response, appointment booking, and customer follow up. As adoption accelerated, the demand extended far beyond fitness.

That evolution became Active Solutions.

Active Solutions originally grew as a conversational AI company and later evolved into a specialized CRM customization and business operations firm focused on designing complete client acquisition and operating systems.

Along the way, Ashton also contributed to early research and development initiatives surrounding AI operations within the GoHighLevel CRM and led educational masterclasses for the platform’s community, helping thousands of business owners better understand automation, CRM infrastructure, and AI implementation.

Today, Active Solutions has served over 1,000 businesses with a team of 30+ people and a mission that remains unchanged: Make enterprise level systems accessible and affordable for small businesses.

Instead of following everyone’s advice of “just raise your prices”, he chose to solve operational bottlenecks instead. This way, he could provide the same level of service at a fraction of what other companies charge.

Even if it meant sacrificing short term profitability, he knew that raising prices was not beneficial to the customer; it was only a quick fix.
