As his marketing agency flourished, Ashton decided to dedicate himself fully to it, successfully scaling multiple gyms to million-dollar revenues and assisting many gym owners in exiting their businesses with substantial payouts. In the spring of 2023, Ashton ventured into the realm of conversational AI, initially offering AI solutions tailored for gyms. This innovation sparked interest beyond the fitness industry, leading to the creation of Active Solutions.
Active Solutions first grew into a conversational AI company, building systems that handled lead generation, appointment booking, and automated follow-up. As the technology and client needs matured, it naturally evolved into a CRM customization service, where Ashton and his team design and optimize entire CRM systems. He built the company on a mission to make enterprise-level solutions accessible and affordable for small businesses; even at the cost of running unprofitable in the first year while building a strong book of business.
