Ashton’s background in exercise physiology, gym management, and healthcare shaped his interest in performance, systems, and how people work. He went on to build a marketing agency and develop CRM, automation, and conversational AI solutions for businesses across industries.
That work evolved into Active Solutions. His focus is making capable business systems more accessible, combining practical operational experience with technology that helps teams work better.
COO & Co-Founder
Angela leads company operations, team development, and leadership at Active Solutions. Her path from collegiate athletics and healthcare into sales and entrepreneurship helped shape her approach to building teams and supporting clients.
She develops the people, processes, and day-to-day systems behind the company, with an emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and meaningful opportunities for the team.
